I'm going to start off and say that I really enjoyed this book. I was immediately pulled into the world and couldn't put it down once I started (I had to a few times because I was sneaking in reading it while I was at work, but I just couldn't wait until the end of the day to finish reading). I will admit, that despite loving the plot I did skim a bit in the woods over Sage's training.
I'm going to jump into the characters. All of whom were well written and compelling.
If you've been waiting to get your paperback copy of The Belgrave Legacy ever since I announced its brief unavailability, I have good news for you: it's available for purchase again.

I liked this story, but it didn't particularly strike me like some of the other stories did. Bren and Mason were cool, and I liked him more than her. She was a little to prickly for me to ever really connect with her, but she was sassy so I liked her for that. The plot was entertaining, if somewhat predictable. On a side note, Trent, Mason's friend, was awesome. All in all, the story was enjoyable, but not my favorite of the series.

If you're trying to buy a print copy of The Belgrave Legacy this weekend, I am sorry to say that the physical book will not be available until late August-early September. Last night I reformatted the book so that the headers and footers would be more equal on the page, and that in turn changed the page count of the book from 284 to 270. My cover artist is getting the revised cover to me on Monday, which I will then submit and order a proof copy to make sure everything is good. Thank you for your understanding.
You may remember me talking about how I was finally getting back to writing, but how in the process I was making more than a few mistakes that would need some serious fixing in the future. Well, my mom had a bad accident and that completely upended our lives starting Wednesday and it wasn't until two days ago that we reached our new, temporary "normal." This is all to say that my writing more of The Matchmakers came to a grinding halt. It took too much brain power that I didn't have at the time. But I did start cutting things out, which is why the sidebar went from:
I'm a self-published author— because being a college student wasn't hard enough! I write YA multi-genre fiction for young adults or the young at heart. I love This Is Us, NCIS, BBC's Sherlock,
