I'm not going to make this a big post because I'm definitely still in shock after learning that Donald Trump is the next President of the United States.
And while I agree with many that continuing to hate Trump and his supporters will divide the country (um, hello? It already has), I am so DEEPLY ashamed that so many people voted for hate (either against women, minorities, LGBT+, etc or against Hillary). But... given I am no hypocrite, I will not make the same mistakes the Republicans did during the Obama Administration. I will work to make this country the best it can be (though I will never EVER use the term "great again" because Trump has ruined that terminology for me).
I think I should be partially grateful I'm still in shock or I'd be a raging ball of fury:
But I'm definitely feeling all-around awful:
and terrified (for myself as a woman, and for those around me who are in groups that Trump has built his entire campaign on bashing and hating, and encouraging his supporters to do the same):
To sum up:
I'm a self-published author (because being a college student wasn't hard enough!) and spend most of my time doing homework. I write YA multi-genre fiction for young adults or the young at heart. I love NCIS, BBC's Sherlock,
